Good morning Phoenix! It’s Wacky Wednesday, but tomorrow is Christmas Eve, so I’m breaking away from my usual schedule.
Here’s some Christmas Eve traditions that you may or may not have thought of:
• Open one gift on Christmas Eve.
• Track Santa’s progress across the globe on NORAD.
• Make reindeer food on Christmas Eve (oats and candy sprinkles) and toss it on the lawn for Santa’s team of reindeer.
• Read The Night Before Christmas at bedtime.
• Leave a ‘trail’ of gifts from the chimney to the tree so show Santa’s route in the house.
• Get matching pajamas for the kids to wear on Christmas Eve. Talk about a great photo op Christmas morning!
Once you get the kiddos in bed, all the gifts wrapped and under the tree, sit back and relax a bit. You’ve earned it.
