1961: The border between East and West Berlin was closed and marked with a barbed wire fence.
1995: Baseball great Mickey Mantle died of cancer.

Los Angeles CA: It is illegal for a customer of a meat market to poke a turkey to see how tender it is.
Idaho: Boxes of candy given as romantic gifts must weigh more than 50 pounds. Good thing Mira doesn’t live in Idaho!
Chicago IL: Law forbids eating at a place that's on fire.
